The team handpicks the season’s finest ingredients sourced directly from the origins in Japan, combined with a secret blend of two types of red vinegar. Every meticulous detail embodies the essence of artisanal Edomae sushi. The omakase menu is paired with a selection of premium Japanese sake curated by our professional sommelier to elevate the umami flavor profile to a whole new level.
