The concerts will feature the Orchestra Italiana del Cinema performing live, to picture, every note from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone™ on April 13th, April 18th, and April 25th, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets™ on April 14th, April 19th, and April 26th, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban™ on April 20th and April 27th, and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire™ on (April 21st, April 28th, and May 4th). Audiences will be able to relive the magic of each film in high-definition on the world’s largest indoor LED screen while hearing the Orchestra Italiana del Cinema perform the unforgettable scores live. Since the world premiere of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone™ in Concert in June 2016, more than 1.3 million fans have enjoyed this magical experience from J.K. Rowling’s Wizarding World, which is scheduled to include over 900 performances across more than 48 countries worldwide through 2019.
In Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone™, Harry Potter learns on his 11th birthday that he is the orphaned son of two wizards and possesses magical powers of his own. At Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, he learns the high-flying sport of Quidditch and plays a thrilling ‘live’ chess game en route to facing a Dark Wizard bent on destroying him. In the second installment of the series, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets™, cars fly, trees fight back and a mysterious house-elf pays Harry a visit to warn him of what lies ahead this year in the world of wizardry. It’s a year of adventure and danger when bloody writing on the wall announces: “The Chamber of Secrets has been opened.” Then, in Harry, Ron and Hermione’s third year at Hogwarts, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban™, they meet escaped prisoner Sirius Black and learn to handle a half-horse/half-eagle Hippogriff, repel shape-shifting Boggarts and master the art of Divination. Harry withstands soul-sucking Dementors, and even faces a werewolf. And in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire™, Harry Potter is mysteriously entered into the Triwizard Tournament, a grueling contest among three wizarding schools in which he confronts a dragon, water demons and an enchanted maze only to find himself in Lord Voldemort’s grasp.

About Maestro Shih-Hung Young
Chinese conductor and violinist from Taiwan, Dr. Young was born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and later came to the United States. He received his Bachelor’s and Master’s of Music degrees from The Juilliard School and a Doctorate of Music from State University of New York at Stony Brook. Dr. Young has been on The Juilliard School Pre-College Division faculty since 1995. An active conductor of classical symphonic literatures, film scores and operas, and a performer of solo and chamber music recitals, Dr. Young has toured the world sharing stories through music.
