[Friday, April 6] MGM MACAU rolls out a range of food and beverage promotions to embrace the spring season. Rossio will be home to the whole Ahi Tuna dinner buffet after its recent renovation. ABA BAR launches a tasting flight with tapas and selected red wine for guests to shake off the Monday blues throughout the month.
Ahi Tuna Dinner Buffet
Ahi Tuna (also named a Yellowfin Tuna) is renowned not only for its delicious meat and oil, but also for its versatility. Rossio has sustainably sourced only the finest giant tunas, at approximately 40 kg each, to be served in a variety of ways. The whole tuna will be deftly trimmed and sliced at the live carving station with special techniques to ensure that best sections are served. Whether served sashimi-style or seared, the Ahi Tuna will make a star appearance on the dining table, including Tuna tataki, Tuna cured with Japanese mayonnaise, Tuna carpaccio, Nicoise salad, Tuna cocktail, Baked tuna Pasta, Vietnamese fresh spring roll with tuna, etc.

Monday is the new Friday
Every Monday this April, come unwind at ABA BAR with a delicious selection of tapas and three glasses of Pinot Noir red wine for the price of MOP188* per person. Labels include Villa Wolf from Germany, Schubert from New Zealand, or Casal Sta. Maria from Portugal, with tapas selections such as French Fine de Claire oysters, Pan seared prawns with garlic and beer sauce, 24 months pata negra ham with honeydew melon, French cold cut and cheese platter, Alaskan crab tartlets with green salad and more.
