[Wednesday, July 4] The opening of MGM COTAI in Macau earlier this year has not only excited the local Macau food scene, but also the world’s culinary landscape. With the recent announcement of World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2018, MGM is elated with the exciting results of Chef Mauro Colagreco’s Mirazur ranking at No.3 and Chef Mitsuharu Tsumura’s Maido ranking at No.7. The two world-renowned chefs helm two of MGM COTAI’s celebrity chef restaurants, Grill 58 by Chef Colagreco and Aji by Chef Tsumura, making MGM COTAI the only resort hotel in the world with two top 10 chefs from “World’s 50 Best Restaurants”.

At Grill 58 and Aji, guests can have a taste of the unique culinary fare masterfully curated by the celebrity chefs and their elite chefs’ team.
