A wide array of Asian and Western cuisines is carefully crafted by the elite chef’s team at MGM MACAU and MGM COTAI. MGM MACAU
Imperial Court crafted a classic and creative eight-course Cantonese banquet to wow mothers, including Double boiled winter melon soup with bird’s nest, Bamboo pith and Alaskan king crab leg, Wok-fried Spanish red prawn and steamed egg white with aged fa-du rice wine and Chilled Razor clams with cucumber and xo sauce, etc. Mother’s Day Cantonese Banquet is only available on May 13 and priced at MOP800* per person.
For those who fancy Western cuisines, Aux Beau Arts specially crafts homemade Strawberry rose jam for all mothers on the day. In addition, between April 30 and May 13, Pastry Bar prepares two festive specials, including a heart-shaped Passionfruit mousse cake with hazelnut feuilletine and Rose mousse cake with lime crumble decorated with rose petals. Both desserts are made with traditional Joconde almond sponge cake as the base to compliment the rich and creamy textures on top. Meanwhile, guests can also choose Pastry Bar’s chocolate and macaron gift boxes to showcase festive love for moms.
To celebrate the lively spring season, MGM MACAU once again teamed up with Stephen Stefanou, the U.S. based Maestro of Oversized Visual Display Art, to create brand new Whimsical Sculptures at Grande Praça. The picture-perfect giant art installations of botanical artistry, towering blossoms and topiary sculptures will surely delight all mothers and families.

Aji is offering a menu at MOP888* per person, including signature Nikkei dishes such as Aji Amarillo Ceviche, Nigiri Sushi and 50 hours sous vide Kagoshima beef short rib. Meat lovers can opt for a six-course menu crafted by Grill 58’s award-winning chef, Mauro Colagreco. Combined with high quality, fresh ingredients, the menu features Sliced aged beef, pickled wild mushroom and ponzu gel, Chargrilled slow cooked French Cote de Beouf with chimichurri sauce, Grilled Chilean seabass with Bagna Cauda sauce and three more exceptional succulent dishes for MOP988* per person.
Top Chef Graham Elliot brings the warm comfort from the American West Coast with a three-course holiday meal priced at MOP438* per person at Coast. It has a starter-Signature seafood ice bucket with oyster and lobster, as well as a main course, choose either Roasted snapper filet with Heirloom potato gremolata or Grilled Skirt steak with black beans, avocado and tomato salsa or two more fine choices on the menu. Food connoisseurs can also sample the unlimited supply of fresh and seasonal seafood at Coast’s Seafood Bar.
For those who are spicy food lovers, Five Foot Road is offering an authentic ten-course Sichuan affair at MOP3,888* for six persons. Alternatively, for fresh, subtle and delicate Cantonese flavors, Chun will impress mothers with its traditional, modern, and memorable eight-course meal, priced at MOP2,888* for four persons.
