Dive into a new experience that combines beach yoga and music, igniting the vitality with music and sports stages along Macau’s longest beach coastline!
Co-organized by the Cultural Affairs Bureau and MGM, the “hush! Beach Concerts x Yo~ga Wellfest 2024” will once again splash a wave of excitement into Hac Sa Beach this November 9-10 with the one and only large-scale beach music and sports extravaganza in Macau, which is set to transform Hac Sa Beach into a vibrant urban wellness celebration like no other, embracing nature through day and night, and lighting up the city’s vitality with the energy of sports and music marathon on the beach.
The "Yo~ga Wellfest 2024" brings together over 30 celebrity fitness and sports instructors from across Asia. They will personally guide participants through a spectrum of activities of various intensity levels. Amongst the distinguished lineup are Hong Kong’s celebrity yoga instructor Coffee Lam, Asian fitness influencer Emi Wong, Singapore’s renowned yoga instructor JYAN, Thailand’s trendsetting dance coach Gun Gun, and Taiwan’s celebrated Zumba master J-Lin. They will deliver a diverse array of professional training sessions on the event. Participants are invited to dive into the outdoor sports zones all day long, including the “Wellfest Stage” that features various fitness and yoga classes, the “Ocean Yoga” zone for holistic mind-body relaxation, the “SUP Yoga” zone for an amazing stand-up paddleboard yoga experience, and the “Fit District” for vibrant fitness and dance workouts. Under the guidance of professional instructors, participants can select activities that resonate with their interests and needs and explore the limitless possibilities of our mind and body.
The “hush! Beach Concerts” presents a marathon music feast featuring various music genres such as rock, electronic, hip-hop, experimental, folk, and jazz, and admission is free.
The two-day event will also feature trending creative workshops, markets, and installation art, allowing everyone to relish the cultural and culinary experiences along the majestic coastline. Kids can have fun in the “hush! Kids Yo~ga Playground” with classes that fuses music with workouts. Participants of all ages can relax and unwind in nature at the coast, green space and beach, enjoying a healthy and rejuvenating weekend getaway.
