[Thursday, July 12] MGM MACAU is launching two decadent buffets for summer, including Rossio’s tremendously popular Premium Wagyu Buffet and the Chinese sumptuous buffet banquet at Grand Imperial Court.
Premium Wagyu Buffet
On every Friday, Saturday and Sunday in July, in addition to a wide array of seafood, hot and cold dishes, Rossio is serving up premium-quality A3 to A5 Grade Japanese and Australian Wagyu beef in a variety of meat specialties.
Wagyu beef is renowned for its delicate marbling and superior flavor, with tenderness that offers a melt-in-mouth deliciousness, even simple dishes such as the Torched beef sushi and Beef tartare will amaze your taste buds. At the carving station, there are succulent roasted meats such as the Prime rib steak and the all-time English classic, Beef Wellington. Different from the classic recipes, chef replaces the lean British beef with Wagyu beef, which goes surprisingly well with the traditional mushroom sauce and offers a more delicate flavor. Other chef’s specials include Beef Carpaccio, Slow Cooked Beef Cheeks, Ox tongue braised in red wine, Beef bone marrow on toast with shallots comfit, Grilled beef skirt with banana wax peppers and onion, Beef cordon bleu, Japanese sukiyaki and many more.
Rossio’s Premium Wagyu Buffet is priced at MOP488* per person. For enquiry and reservation, please call (853) 8802 2372.
A Feast Fit for Royalty
Meanwhile, Grand Imperial Court offers a decadent all-you-can-sample Chinese banquet. Our chef combines the finest seasonal ingredients with authentic cooking methods to produce a series of over 30 refined and delicate Chinese dishes for patrons to enjoy.
Every guest will be served with a serving of Steamed fish maw, sea cucumber, conpoy, morel and shiitake mushroom in silky chicken broth as starters and one Sweetened almond cream with bird’s nest and egg white as dessert. In addition, the made-to-order Roasted Beijing duck served with steamed pancake is another feature of the banquet. The tender pieces of roast duck are prepared by the dining table, with delicate handmade pancake accompanied with sweet plum sauce, spring onion and cucumber. Guests can also order King prawns cooked according to their own favorite ways. Other chef’s specials include Steamed fresh abalone with garlic and glass noodle, Wok fried Wagyu beef with chili pepper, olive and black bean sauce, Crispy fried soft crab shell with seaweed, Crispy fried Patagonian toothfish fillet with spicy salt and the nostalgic Cantonese favorite, Poached thin piece noodles in supreme broth, etc.
Grand Imperial Court dinner is available every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, priced at MOP538* per adult and MOP269* for child (aged 12 and under). For reservations and enquiries, please call (853) 8802 2539.
