January 23 - Soak Up the Romantic Atmosphere at MGM COTAI’s Spectacle

[January 23, Macau] Love is in the air under the starry night at the record-breaking free-span Spectacle Roof of MGM COTAI. This Valentine’s Day, couples can savor a romantic feast at Grill 58 or Aji, with an exclusive touch to the special evening by sharing their very own love messages on the giant LED wall of the Spectacle for any reservations made on or before January 28. Be ready to impress your “one and only” with something extra-ordinary.

Grill 58

The special Valentine’s Day menus at Grill 58 will take everyone on a gastronomic journey through notched ingredients from the land and sea. Chef de Cuisine, Tiago Filipe Coelho Reis, created two special menus from its iconic grill and teppanyaki respectively. With an enchanting live saxophone performance starting from 7pm, couples will have the evening all to themselves, whether nestled amidst the warm glistening lights at the Spectacle, or the cozy haven of the private dining or teppanyaki rooms.

The 5-course Valentines’ Day Menu begins with a Seasonal Oyster Trio, featuring the sweetness and tartness from passion fruit and vinaigrette, with an extra layer of smokiness and spiciness from bacon and chili, which celebrates the sensual moments of a love journey. The dinner continues with Tart Fine, Homemade Linguini and Hay-Smoked 28 Days Dry-aged USDA Premium Bone-In Striploin, served with premium ingredients such as truffle and Oscietra Caviar. Alternatively, guests may choose to spoil their loved ones and ignite the romance with the 8-course Teppanyaki Escapades Menu, featuring precious cuts of fatty Tuna. The all-rounded dining experience comes with cold plate, Japanese hand roll, agemono (Japanese deep-fried dish), hearty soup, main dish and more, highlighting the best rated cuts. Both menus at Grill 58 conclude with the Exotic Baked Alaska, which will be set alit by a generous drizzle of Cointreau to wrap up the dinner with gentle glow of sweetened flames.

Aji

Chef de Cuisine Sihui Pan of Aji is going to curate an elegant evening with multi-international flavors in one go. Guests and their amours can relax, clink glasses, and savor the special Valentine’s Day dinner menu. His modern European fine twists guarantee to transport everyone’s palates to explore multi-international flavors in one go. Apart from premium ingredients such as foie gras, Oscieatra Caviar, blue lobster, razor clams, amadai and M5+ Wagyu short rib, Chef Pan has selected Kamquat and Kaffir Lime from Southeast Asia, matcha soy sauce and maitake mushroom from Japan, Vin Jaune from France, Sambal from Indonesia and more to go with his hearty creations.

What’s more, both Grill 58 and Aji are prepared to round off the Valentines’ Day dinner with complimentary gifts and photo opportunity for each couple. The menus are priced from MOP 1,288* per person, with a glass of Champagne to add bubbles to the romance. For the first five reservations made at Aji, guests will be offered with an additional touch as a surprise. For enquiry and reservations, please contact (853) 8806 3888.
