November 29 - 2,200 Team Members Graduated at “MGM Graduation Ceremony 2023”

[November 29, Macau] The MGM Graduation Ceremony 2023 celebrated the graduation of 2,200 MGM team members. This ceremony symbolizes MGM’s commitment to develop and maximize opportunities, particularly for our local talent, and it is also in line with the government direction of multifaceted development for both individuals and industries. With over 35 government, universities and association partners, MGM Academy is able to provide extensive learning opportunities for our team members and communities. They can benefit from over 15,000 courses including online courses, continuing education, professional certification programs and educational exchanges.

MGM is the first integrated resort enterprise to embark on the “New Greater Bay Area Youth Exchange Program” jointly supported by Hengqin and Macau

To further support the SAR government's education development initiative of the " Medium-to-long-term Planning for Non-tertiary Education" (2021-2030) and assist the diversification of local industries and cultivate industry talents, MGM announced its latest collaboration on this occasion. MGM is partnering with the Education and Youth Development Bureau (DSEDJ), Livelihood Affairs Bureau of Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin (DSAS) and Macau Youth Development Service Centre to jointly launch the “New Greater Bay Area (GBA) Youth Exchange Program”. With a diverse lineup of trainings for nurturing youths, including two key projects, namely “Hengqin-Macau Youth Exchange Tour" and " GBA's ‘1+4’ Diversified Industries Exploration Tour", MGM hopes to help local youth to achieve excellence and to integrate into the development of the GBA.

At the same time, we will also help students make to explore future career paths based on the development directions of Hengqin's four major industries.”
