[Monday, May 6] Spoil your mother like a queen at MGM this coming Mother’s Day! MGM MACAU and MGM COTAI are offering a wide array of Asian and Western gourmet, paired with exclusive Tria Spa promotion to give mothers the best treatment they deserve.

MGM COTAI

Featuring traditional Cantonese cuisine with a modern touch, Chun offers a thoughtfully created Mother’s Day Set Menu for Four to treat all mothers, including delicate dishes such as Double-boiled silkie chicken soup with abalone and fig, Steamed garoupa fillet with tangerine peel and egg white, Sweetened almond cream with egg white. The set is priced at MOP3,280*.

For those who fancy some Sichuan delicacies to spice up the special occasion, Five Foot Road’s festive set menu is going to deliver the authentic spirit of the cuisine, priced at MOP4,888* for a table of four. The menu including Sichuan style marinated fresh abalone, Braised spotted garoupa with pickled chilly, ginger and dried chili, as well as the dessert crafted for wellness, Double-boiled imperial bird’s nest.

To enjoy the atmosphere of America’s relaxed West Coast this Mother’s Day, Coast’s Lobster Set Lunch and Dinner, priced at MOP300, will be the best choice of all. Guests may have grilled, steamed or baked Boston lobster at their choice, along with selected appetizer, side dish and dessert. Grill 58 on the other hand offers a 3-course and 4-course Mother’s Day Brunch, where guests may choose from a selection of cold-cuts, Teppan and grill dishes, priced at MOP388* and MOP448*. MGM COTAI’s Western menu is available on May 12 only, and two Chinese set menus are available from May 6 to12.

Janice Wong MGM is now serving two Mother’s Day themed pastries of unique flavors: White peach rose marzipan with raspberry and Raspberry pink peppercorn éclair. Topped with some lovely rose petal, these two will sure melt all mothers’ hearts.

Imperial Court offers an exquisite eight-course banquet of both classic and creative to impress classicists who love Cantonese cuisine, including Golden crab shell stuffed with crab meat and cream sauce, Braised bean curd with prawn and caviar, Braised Wagyu beef cheek with Matsutake mushroom and elephant yam and Steamed Macau sole fillet with white asparagus and sun dried tomato etc, available from May 6 to 12. Banquet is priced at MOP880* per person.

Bring your mother out for an elegant celebration at Aux Beau Arts, where Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet is served at an environment reminiscent of 1930s Paris, or make Le French GourMay an option for a satisfying meal of authentic French cuisine, served only in May. For those who are craving for seafood and gourmets from all over the world, Rossio’s Mother’s Day Dinner Buffet shall make it to the top of the list with a wide range of offerings.

From now until May 12, Pastry Bar crafts two festive specials in the theme of rose, which are the lemongrass and raspberry flavored With Love, and the lemon and jasmine Lemon Garden. The refreshing flavors and rich textures are going to delight everyone in the special occasion.
