Significant historical and cultural connotations of Prince Kung’s Palace Museum have been creatively transformed with traditional colors and intangible cultural heritage crafts such as embroidery, luodian and cloud brocade.
To foster the inheritance and popularization of intangible cultural heritage craftsmanship, the “Eastern Elegance: Timeless Tale” Intangible Cultural Heritage Fashion Series organized by MGM, guided by Prince Kung's Palace Museum, and co-organized by Laurence · Xu Studio will be held on October 20, 2024 (Sunday) at MGM COTAI. International fashion designer Laurence · Xu and his team will lead a masterclass uncovering the intangible cultural heritage in fashion industry for professionals and fashion enthusiasts in Macai and across the Greater Bay Area. The event features three master workshops that delve into the creative thinking of the fashion industry with hands-on sessions, offering industry professionals and aspiring fashion enthusiasts opportunities to exchange and learn from the masters.
Two of the sessions, "Fashion: Into the Stage of the World of Makeup and Hair" and "Internationally Renowned Fashion Designer Laurence · Xu Intangible Cultural Heritage Fashion Show", will be broadcast live on Bilibili & YouTube, and the links will be announced later. Please stay tuned.
